Apple iWatch

Apple is primarily known for its tablets and iPhone's but now they are getting ready to release an iWatch. The big worry for now is the thoughts about how its new smart-watch will be displayed and sold in stores. Apple's smart-watches will start at $350 and will be available in different sizes and styles ranging from stainless steel to rose gold, other colors may be more expensive depending on the higher-end models that can be available. The watch will launch in 2015, but it hasn't mentioned a specific date, Most likely because Apple would like to put some hype around the Watch in order to have people anticipating it's release date. A Display in Paris show off its new smart watch to the people during a fashion week. And the apple watch is making quite a statement. Would you invest in an iWatch? If so would it benefit your life-style?

New Electronic Skateboard

By: Trent Sullivan

Before you read this post I would strongly encourage you to watch this TED Talks video about this new electric skateboard.

How can something that is operated by a motor and a battery of a remote control airplane found at a toy store be sold a $1,000? Although the new Boosted Boards are manufactured inexpensively, its quality and performance is what make this expensive electric vehicle attractive to many people. The electric skateboard is portable, can reach speeds of 20 mph and only need 15 minutes to charge in a normal wall outlet before it is ready to travel 6 miles again. The case that the Boosted Boards makes is how much energy it saves for people who have to make many short commutes. These simply manufactured boards are powerful enough to travel up the hills in the city of San Francisco with a hand held remote that also allows riders to break as well. These board use 20 times less energy for every mile traveled in a car and can run over 600 miles and cost only $1 in electricity.

What do you think about this new product? Is it something you would be interested in? As these electric skateboards become more popular where do you think you would find these being used the most?
